When I gave it to my 8 year-old boy I saw more happiness and laughing aloud, which had not occurred most of his time, and going to bed smoothly and going to sleep without complaining of a stomach ache and not struggling to fall asleep. Today he was very cooperative brushed his teeth for the first time without refusing. For my 12 year-old boy, when I gave it to him before bedtime, he could not sleep almost half the night. Then I thought it may be too much for him as he used to take medication before, for a long time, and he may be sensitive. Then yesterday I did not have him take it but he was still awake and could not sleep at 4 am so I gave him half a CBD gummy and after like 10 minutes he went to deep sleep and is still sleeping now at 9:30 am. It seems good and I cannot wait to share after one week.

Overall experience has been interesting. I found that 15mg makes me a bit sleepy and relaxed, but not enough to aid falling asleep. Decided to try 30/45/60mg, it seems the higher mg actually made me wide awake! At the same time I did find my headache and back pain gone with higher mg. It's hard to describe but my body felt very calm and relaxed and pain free, however not drowsy or sleepy at all, strange. Maybe I will try the full spectrum products next.
