USPS domestic deliveries affected by COVID-19

The U.S. Postal Service announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.

USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly.

Shipping Policy – Please Read!

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received before 12:00 noon ET are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, and on select holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day. See service map below to determine estimated ship time for your zip code. In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your shipping confirmation will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Orders shipped during U.S. Postal Service holidays will be delayed. The expected delivery date is not guaranteed, and is therefore not eligible for refund.
  • If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select upgraded shipping to USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Day for an additional charge. In most cases, Priority Mail Express is delivered in one business day, but some locations may be 2 business days.
  • Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, there will be a package intercept fee assessed by USPS of $14.65 plus estimated Priority Mail® postage, if applicable, to intercept a package and have it returned to us. This amount must be paid before we reship your order.
  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy; Please Read!

You may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via email within 30 days*.  Please do not return a package to us without first requesting an RMA#. When requesting an RMA, please include the name, address, phone number and order number as it appears on your original order, and include the reason for requesting a return.

  • *Product must be returned to receive a refund.
  • *Returns must be received within 7 days of when RMA# is issued
  • *Returns only allowed on the first bottle, even if first order is for multiple bottles
  • *Returns only allowed on 500 mg and 1000 mg CBD products; 2000 mg CBD oil, CBD Dark Chocolate Bars, CBD Infused Lip Balm, and Liposomal Vitamin C and Liposomal Vitamin B-Complex are not eligible for return.
  • *Limit one return per household
  • *Refunds exclude shipping costs. This includes complimentary shipping charges paid by C4 Healthlabs for orders over $79.
  • *Include RMA# on outside of return package
  • *Customer is responsible for return shipping charges via a trackable method. Send your return tracking number to us via email after shipping, and note the RMA# in the subject of your email.
  • *Ensure that your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. C4 Healthlabs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.  Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.
  • *Once we receive your package and confirm it qualifies for a return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • *Orders paid by ACH electronic check may incur a processing fee for refunds.
  • *International orders are not eligible for return
  • *Exchanges only allowed on unopened (sealed) product. Please review your cart carefully before submitting your order.
  • *Due to the fast speed in which we process orders, it is very difficult to cancel an order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best. If the order has already shipped, there will be a package intercept fee assessed by USPS of $14.65 plus estimated Priority Mail® postage, if applicable, to intercept a package and have it returned to us. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
