Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received before 12:00 noon ET are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and select holidays are processed the next business day.
• By default, we ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail, which on average is delivered in 3-5 days (Mon-Sat), and orders over $75 ship free of charge. We offer an upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days) at an additional charge. You will have the option to select your shipping method and see the price for expedited shipping options during checkout. The estimated delivery date is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Orders shipped during U.S. Postal Service holidays will be delayed. The estimated delivery date for First Class Mail and Priority Mail (2-3 Days) is not guaranteed and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
• If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select upgraded shipping to USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days) during checkout for an additional charge. The estimated delivery date is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Orders shipped during U.S. Postal Service holidays will be delayed. Priority Mail Express provides guaranteed 1-2 day delivery service by 6 PM or your money back.
• Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, there will be a package intercept fee assessed by USPS of $17.00 plus estimated postage, if applicable, to intercept a package and have it returned to us. This amount must be paid before we reship your order.
• If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, your order processing may be delayed.

Returns and Exchanges

C4 Healthlabs is proud to offer a money back guarantee on any 500 mg or 1000 mg CBD oil within 30 days of purchase*. If you are located within the United States and would like to request a return, please contact our customer support team for an RMA# and the full terms and instructions for return.

Exchanges are only allowed for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you are located within the United States and would like to request a product exchange, please contact our customer support team.

*Returns are only allowed on 500mg and 1000mg CBD oil products. C4 Healthlabs 2000mg CBD Oil, CBD Gummies, CBD Chocolate Bar, CBD Infused Lip Balm, Delta 8 products, and Liposomal Vitamin C are not eligible for return.

*Returns are only allowed on the first bottle, even if your first order is for multiple bottles. Returns must be received within 7 days of when RMA# is issued. Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Canceled Orders

Due to the speed at which we process our orders, it is important to contact our customer support team as soon as possible in order to facilitate an order cancellation. If your order has already shipped, a package intercept fee of $17.00 plus estimated postage, if applicable, will be subtracted from your refund.
