All C4 Healthlabs™ CBD products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the federal legal limit. This is a very small amount and not enough to produce intoxicating effects.

Hemp extract is a concentrate made from a very important step in the C4 Healthlabs’ “therapeutic process”.   This preparation method is the way C4 Healthlabs collects the phytocannabinoids that are then made part of the final CBD oil.

Hemp oil or hemp seed oil is made by cold pressing hemp seeds.  This oil is used in many areas of manufacturing as well as lotions and creams.   A good quality hemp oil can be used in cooking and other food preparations.   Some unscrupulous people or business are buying hemp seed oil in bulk and touting it as CBD oil.  C4 Healthlabs has uncovered numerous sellers on popular selling sites doing this and even some very deceptive websites.

Cannabidiol, commonly known as CBD, is one of more than 100 naturally occurring compounds called cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is non-intoxicating and is valued for its potential to support balance and wellness within the body. Our products are all derivatives of our core base 2000mg CBD oil.   Basically, the 1000mg is cut in half with MCT oil to lower the milligram per bottle and then cut down again to produce our 500mg product.   Depending on how and what our customers are using CBD oil will determine which strength to use.

C4 Healthlabs uses a two-step process that combines the use of organic Ethanol — because of its effectiveness, efficiency, and safety — and the use of MCT oil, a derivative of coconut oil, and the most bio-available form of energy. This 36-hour proprietary two-step extraction and distillation process produces a superior CBD product that tastes great and works remarkably well. C4 Healthlabs’ process begins with the initial wash, which is usually done with a mixture of acetic acid and other compounds.  The next step is separating the lipids, waxes, and fats from extracts, then a step is added to remove impurities left by the plant particles.  The chemicals used in the process need to be removed and this is completed using an extraction process with Rotary evaporators.  What is left is now a cannabis compound that need to be further purified and broken down into separate cannabinoids.  The separation is completed with a chromatography at different speeds then a final distillation.  What is left is a 99% pure CBD crystalline and now ready to put into an MCT suspension.  This final product is high in CBD with no THC or “THC Free”.

Yes. Every C4 Healthlabs™ CBD oil includes a graduated dropper with serving measurements of 0.25 ml, 0.5 ml, 0.75 ml and 1 ml.

Yes. To remedy this, with the bottle closed, squeeze the rubber bulb two times (two quick pumps) to fill the dropper.

Each 30 ml bottle contains 30 1 ml servings.  Serving size is 1 ml or 1 full dropper.

Yes. Although our double-distillation process results in pure cannabinoid oils that contain little-to-no residual hemp flavor or aroma, occasionally a batch may result in a little higher potency (higher CBD concentration) which can affect the taste and aroma of our CBD oils. When this happens, you may notice a slight musky or earthy aroma to our CBD oils, but this is generally undetectable when taken sublingually under the tongue, away from the taste buds. This varying level of CBD concentration occurs naturally during the extraction process, but we always guarantee the potency to be at or above the label claim.

Our Citrus CBD oils are flavored with a therapeutic-grade orange essential oil, cold-pressed from the peel.  If you prefer another flavor, you may purchase a therapeutic-grade essential oil from your local health food store and add a few drops (5-10 drops) to our Natural (unflavored) CBD oil. Just be certain that what you purchase is a “therapeutic-grade” essential oil that is intended to be taken internally. One brand that is widely available in many health food stores or through an independent representative is d?TERRA. Look for the symbol on their products with the letter “I” for products that can be taken internally.

This question is most likely one of the most popular questions we receive, and, in some cases, there is not an easy answer. There are many factors in dosing: age, weight, health condition(s), prescription drugs, constitution, and each person metabolizes CBD oil differently. The basic rule of thumb is the more chronic and severe the condition the more milligrams or higher potency may be needed.

In a few cases a customer has started with a lower strength and was either seeing little results or no results.  After increasing the dose, or adding another dose in the day, a significant difference is observed.  C4 Healthlabs 1000mg seems to the a relatively good product to begin a CBD regimen. After charting your response to different dosages, the dose can be adjusted up or down as needed. Of course, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before beginning a CBD regimen, especially if you have a serious illness or take prescription medications.
